The antenna main structure is made of aluminum alloy EN AW-6060/82 UNI9006 / 1 (Anticorodal 60/100) and stainless stell, which gives greater durability against aggressive agents (such as ice, water, UV rays, fine dusts, acid rain…), and better resistance to wind loads.
Aluminum systems have a remarkable durability and better response to wind loads. Furthermore a rigid structure retain the antenna geometry (shape) even in presence of wind, avoiding sudden changes of impedance, efficience and performance decay of the whole system.
The triband Delta Loop is supplied with stainless steel parts AISI 304 (Austenitic Stainless Steel UNI / EN 10088) and steel S235JR2 (UNI 100 series), certified 2000/53 / CE and RoHs + VdS certification.
It is also accompanied by SmarTech designed U-bolts for mast diameters up to 60 mm (pollici?).
Insulators blocks are in polypropylene PPC 5660 copolymers, resistant to great thermal excursions (certified for temperatures from -20 ° C to + 130 ° C), with high tensile strength (break limit 25MPa), good abrasion resistance and resistivity volume > 1018.
The antenna’s components are manufactured in highly specialized factories using numerical control equipments, laser cutting and 3D printing systems. Components are designed with CAD/CAE softwares and provided by Smartech Innovations.
Components are made by drawing from the best factories that Italian market offers.
Thus, machines technological obsolescence linked to a single production facility are overcome.
